Job summary

MULTIVAC USA is seeking Traveling Field Technicians to install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities across the region. The role demands strong mechanical and electrical skills, comfort with travel and overnight stays, and a commitment to high‑quality customer service.

Ideal candidates will excel independently, handle high‑stress environments, and participate in training customers on safe operation and maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and machine shop skills.
• Experience diagnosing large-scale packaging and processing machinery.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex, customized equipment at customer facilities.
• Train customers on safe operation, maintenance, and parts ordering.
• Complete service documentation of repairs and submit trip expenses within 24 hours.
