Job summary

MULTIVAC USA, a leading worldwide provider of industrial packaging and processing machinery, is seeking traveling field technicians to service customer facilities nationwide. This position involves troubleshooting or installing complex equipment, extensive travel with overnight stays, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Ideal candidates excel at independent work, provide excellent customer service, and can adapt to high-stress environments.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot large-scale machinery.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Ability to travel with little notice and work outside normal hours, including some weekends.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex, customized packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities.
• Provide training for customers on safe operations, maintenance, and parts ordering.
• Complete service documentation and submit trip expenses within 24 hours of job completion.
