OBR is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee cooling tower construction and repairs across projects in the U.S., ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires leading field crews, coordinating with engineering and project management, and interfacing with clients.

Extensive travel is required; candidates should have 10+ years in field cooling tower construction, with at least 4 years as a foreman. A high school diploma is required and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Deliver projects within contract, budget, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and demonstrate leadership.
• Interface with clients and represent OBR on project aspects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with drawings.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings with teams.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Prepare reports and close-out documentation.
