Job summary

OBR Management seeks a Field Superintendent for the Great Lakes region to oversee cooling tower construction and repairs, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects.

Extensive travel is required; you will supervise field crews, manage budgets and schedules, interface with clients, mentor crews, and uphold safety and industry standards on every site. Requires 10+ years in field cooling tower construction with at least 4 years as a foreman, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field cooling tower construction with a minimum of 4 years as a foreman in cooling tower construction.
• Construction management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Deliver projects within contract, budget, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and demonstrate strong leadership.
• Interface with clients and represent OBR on all project aspects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Inspect work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to drawings/specifications.
