OBR Cooling Towers seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee cooling tower construction and repairs nationwide. You will supervise field crews, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Extensive travel is required; you will coordinate with engineering, project management, purchasing, and subcontractors, while maintaining quality per drawings and specs. Candidates should have 10+ years in field cooling tower construction and a foreman track record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of field cooling tower construction experience, with at least 4 years as a foreman.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver projects within contract, budget, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and demonstrate strong leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, purchasing, and construction teams.
• Interface with clients and represent OBR on all project aspects.
• Manage materials, equipment rentals, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage budgets and work plans.
• Inspect work for quality, compliance, and drawings/specifications.
• Travel to job sites and lead pre-construction meetings.
