Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee cooling tower construction and repairs across the United States, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Extensive travel is required to project sites; you will supervise crews, coordinate with engineering and project teams, manage materials and subcontractors, and maintain strong client relations while upholding safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field cooling tower construction.
• Minimum of 4 years as a foreman in cooling tower construction.
• Construction management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver projects within contract, budget and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and demonstrate strong leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, purchasing, and construction teams to meet client expectations.
• Prepare daily reports, time reports, and final close-out documentation.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Travel to job sites as required.
