Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and valid driver's license.
• 2+ years window installation experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of product/service procedures and construction methods.
• Proficient with Windows software and field service tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of service solutions and in-home installations.
• Repair and replacement of windows/doors on-site with proper safety.
• Document tasks and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Maintain vehicle/equipment and inventory.
• Travel within territory; occasional travel outside area.
