Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of service solutions to promote the Andersen brand.
• Dismantle and replace windows/doors on customer sites respecting the environment.
• Perform repairs and install replacement parts as prescribed.
• Maintain warranty compliance and accurately document tasks and expenses.
• Monitor product performance and communicate observations to service team.
• Resolve difficult customer situations and promote in-home labor/sales when appropriate.
