Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver service solutions across the Dallas territory. You will dismantle and replace windows and doors, perform repairs, and install parts while maintaining a professional on-site presence.

You will document tasks, monitor product performance, and enforce warranty policies. This role requires climbing and lifting up to 70 lbs, valid driver's license, and 2+ years of window installation experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software applications (WebWindowCare, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Field Service mobile app).
• Able to climb and perform work activities on ladders/scaffolding or other lift devices.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of service solutions to promote the Andersen brand.
• Dismantle and replace windows and doors in customers' environments.
• Perform repairs to windows/doors and install replacement parts on site.
• Present a professional image while completing repairs and replacements in a timely manner.
• Enforce warranty compliance and communicate policy information.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly (expense reports, job assessments, hours, travel).
• Monitor and document product performance and report trends to service support.
