Job summary

Andersen Windows, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site service solutions and promote the Andersen brand. You will dismantle and replace windows and doors, perform repairs, and install replacement parts at customer sites across Northern California into Oregon.

You will travel regularly, maintain safety and warranty compliance, and document tasks with proper reporting. A high school diploma and clean driving record are required, with 2+ years of window installation

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years window installation experience (preferably Andersen products).
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of service solutions to promote Andersen brand value.
• Dismantle and replace windows/doors; install parts per job specs.
• Complete repairs, adjustments and replacements on-site; maintain professional image.
• Enforce warranty policy and document all tasks accurately.
• Travel within the territory, with occasional travel outside territory as needed.
