Qualificações

• High school diploma and clean driving record required.
• 2+ years window installation experience preferred.
• Must maintain dependable attendance, safety compliance and time management.
• Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Direct delivery of service solutions and promote the Andersen brand.
• Performs repairs and installs replacement parts on job sites.
• Present a professional image and complete tasks timely.
• Enforce warranty compliance and communicate policy information.
• Document expenses, job assessments and hours accurately.
• Monitor product performance and report observations to service team.
• Resolve difficult customer situations professionally.
