MULTIVAC USA is seeking a Traveling Field Service Technician for the Midwest. You will troubleshoot, install, and service complex packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities, traveling with overnight stays as required.

Flexibility to work outside normal hours including weekends is essential. You will train customers on safe operation, complete service documentation within 24 hours, and coordinate with the service team for parts and support.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting large-scale packaging and processing machinery.
• Ability to train customers on operation and parts ordering.
• Submit service reports within 24 hours of job completion.
• Travel with overnight stays; flexible schedule including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex packaging equipment at customer facilities.
• Repair equipment per specifications quickly and safely.
• Provide customer training on safe operations and parts ordering.
