Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to travel within the assigned territory, servicing automated dispensing systems and supporting DHA/DoD facilities. A valid license and the ability to travel up to 80% overnight are required.

You will ensure preventive maintenance, installation, and timely issue resolution while maintaining accurate service records. Base responsibilities include working with Sales and Implementation teams, adhering to MDR and service procedures, and continuously developing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hardware, software, and IT support experience.
• Eligibility for access to Federal Government Facilities (DoD, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, evaluate, and resolve work orders within SLA.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software components with full case ownership.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate as needed.
• Support government accounts requiring CAC eligibility.
