Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote support for automated dispensing systems within the WEST territory. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hardware/software support, possess an associate degree or equivalent experience, and can travel to DoD/DHA facilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hardware, software and IT support experience with both proprietary and standard applications.
• May require background checks and security credentials for DoD/DHA facilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, evaluate, prioritize and resolve work orders within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software components with full case ownership.
• Independently tackle complex issues and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Support government accounts requiring CAC eligibility.
