Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a field-installation professional to travel to scheduled appointments and install energy-efficient equipment and products in residential and small commercial settings.

You will introduce and explain incentive programs, liaise with building owners and trade partners, and ensure safety and quality standards. Strong customer service, technical aptitude, and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Experience installing technologies, manual labor and using tools.

Responsibilities

• Install energy efficient equipment and products according to procedures.
• Travel daily to pre-scheduled appointments at apartments, condo units and other building types.
• Explain and promote incentive programs relevant to customers' sectors.
• Complete and maintain paperwork and records.
• Develop understanding of program direction and customer business activities.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
