Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a field installer to travel to pre-scheduled appointments and install energy-efficient equipment and products in residential and small commercial settings. The role involves explaining incentive programs, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining paperwork.

You will work with a team to meet program goals, uphold safety standards, and travel up to 95% of the time. A High School diploma and 1–3 years of related tech experience, plus strong customer service skills,

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and able to prioritize workload.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients and employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Install energy-efficient equipment and products at scheduled appointments.
• Explain and promote incentive programs to customers.
• Maintain all required paperwork and records.
• Follow safety rules and quality standards.
• Travel daily to apartments, condos and other buildings as assigned.
• Support inventory and fleet vehicle organization and safety checks.
