Job summary
Franklin Energy seeks a motivated professional to deliver our energy efficiency services to homeowners, landlords, building owners, and utility customers. You will advise on modifications to electric/gas systems and help clients understand efficiency gains.
This role blends on-site field work with office coordination to drive project success. Responsibilities include direct installation, promoting programs, data entry, and delivering energy efficiency presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical school degree plus field experience considered.
- 1–2 years in electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or energy-related fields.
Responsibilities
- Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
- Promote and explain energy efficiency programs to customers and stakeholders.
- Make outbound calls to meet energy saving targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Enter data into spreadsheets/databases to track energy savings and manage projects.
- Lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs for targeted groups.
