Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field personnel installing energy efficient equipment. You will manage onboarding, scheduling, inventory, and quality inspections while supporting crews and troubleshooting issues.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in electric or natural gas utilities, construction or HVAC, and strong customer service skills. Travel up to 80% is required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle a wide work variety in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter with ability to prioritize workload.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage onboarding training for new hires.
• Supervise scheduling operations including air sealing, direct install, and site assessments.
• Manage product and inventory to ensure tools and equipment are available.
• Conduct inspections of field personnel to monitor performance.
• Provide technical assistance to crews and troubleshoot issues.
• Approve installation summaries, timesheets, and expenses.
• Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Field Managers to improve operations.
• Perform combustion safety testing, air sealing, and direct installation as needed.
