Job summary

System One is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, modify, remove, and service Direct Load Control devices in residential settings. This hands-on role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently while delivering professional customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in HVAC, electrical, or related technical fields, with a willingness to travel and perform on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, lighting, controls, mechanical systems, construction, building maintenance, home inspection, weatherization or renewable energy.
• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude and comfort with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, modify, remove, and service Direct Load Control devices.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and equipment issues.
• Demonstrate understanding of residential air conditioning systems.
