Job summary

Ati-Physical-Therapy seeks a Lead Operations Support Specialist to oversee onboarding and training for Operations Support Specialists across the district. The role includes mentoring teams, traveling to clinics to deliver training, and coordinating patient care workflows with Clinic and District Directors.

The Lead OSS will also participate in district or regional projects and may perform OSS duties in clinics as needed, prioritizing mobility within the market and strong patient support skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in healthcare or core sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding training for OSSs across the district.
• Mentor OSSs and be the go-to support for patient processes and operations.
• Travel to multiple clinics to train OSSs as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors to coordinate staffing.
• Assist in district or regional projects as needed.
• Perform OSS duties in clinics when required.
