Job summary

ATI Health in Charleston, SC is seeking a Lead Operations Support Specialist to oversee onboarding and mentoring of Operations Support Specialists across the district. The role requires travel to clinics to train OSSs and support patient care workflows.

You will train on exercises, scheduling, intake and co‑pay collection, coordinate staffing with Clinic Directors, and assist with district projects. This is a full‑time, clinic‑based leadership position with mobility across markets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree in Health care or core sciences (preferred).
• 2+ years as a PT Aide or technician and/or administrative healthcare setting.
• 2+ years in sports performance/training.
• Basic clinical assessment and differential diagnosis (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Train new OSSs on patient care support such as exercises, patient scheduling, patient intake and co‑pay collection.
• Train on reporting requirements and clinic cleanliness protocols.
• Mentor OSSs and be go‑to support in district for questions with patient processes and patient support.
• Train OSSs on new processes and workflows, and re‑train OSSs as directed by the Clinic Director or District Director.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors to coordinate district rehab staffing assignments to meet labor needs.
• Perform OSS duties in the clinic as needed.
• Assist in district or regional projects as needed.

Overview

The Lead Operations Support Specialist (Lead OSS) is responsible for onboarding, training and mentoring Operations Support Specialists (OSSs) across the district.
