Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Lead Operations Support Specialist (Lead OSS) to onboard, train, and mentor OSS staff across the district. The role requires travel to clinics in the market and participation in district projects as needed.

Responsibilities include training OSSs on patient care support, scheduling, and co‑pay collection, while collaborating with Clinic Directors to meet staffing needs. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years as PT Aide/technician or admin healthcare setting; or 2+ years in sports performance/training.
• Experience with patient scheduling, insurance questions, and clinic processes is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities; ability to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Train new OSSs on patient care support, scheduling, intake and co‑pay collection.
• Mentor OSSs and be go‑to support for patient processes and operations.
• Coordinate district rehab staffing with Clinic Directors.
• Perform OSS duties in clinics as needed.
• Assist in district or regional projects as needed.
