Job summary

ATI Health is seeking a Lead Operations Support Specialist to oversee onboarding and mentoring of Operations Support Specialists across the district. The role includes traveling to clinics to train OSSs, coordinating onboarding cohorts, and supporting district projects as needed.

Candidate must be mobile in market and capable of performing OSS duties in clinics. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree in healthcare or related sciences.

• Proficient in patient scheduling.
• Proficient in patient intake.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Emerging problem-solving capabilities to address patient/customer and operational needs.
• Ability to assist patients with insurance related questions and direct them to the appropriate resource.
• Coaches, trains and mentors OSS I & IIs.
• Adaptable and agile to support key Operations initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train and mentor OSSs across the district.
• Lead onboarding training for cohorts and may train multiple OSSs at once.
• Travel to clinics to train OSSs as needed.
• Assist with district/regional projects.
• Perform OSS duties in clinics when required.
