Job summary

ATI Health is seeking a Lead Operations Support Specialist to onboard, train and mentor OSS staff across the district. Travel to clinics is required for training, with mobile responsibilities across markets.

You will train, coach and support OSS I & II, ensuring smooth patient care processes, scheduling and insurance assistance while collaborating with Clinic and District Directors on staffing and district projects.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate’s degree in Health care or core sciences (preferred).
  • 2 or more years as a PT Aide or technician and/or administrative healthcare setting; or 2 or more years in sports performance/training.
  • Basic clinical assessment and differential diagnosis (preferred).
  • Proficient in exercise form/instruction.
  • Proficient in patient scheduling.
  • Proficient in patient intake.
  • Strong customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Emerging problem‑solving capabilities to address patient/customer and operational needs.
  • Ability to assist patients with insurance related questions and direct them to the appropriate resource if necessary.
  • Coaches, trains and mentors OSS I & II.
  • Adaptable and agile to support key Operations initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Train OSSs on new processes and workflows, and re-train OSSs as directed by the Clinic Director or District Director.

  • Perform OSS duties in the clinic as needed.
  • Assist in district or regional projects as needed.

Overview

The Lead Operations Support Specialist (Lead OSS) is responsible for onboarding, training and mentoring Operations Support Specialists (OSSs) across the district. The Lead OSS will lead onboarding training for cohorts which may include multiple OSSs at one time. The Lead OSS will also travel to multiple clinics to train other OSSs as needed. Other responsibilities for this role include assisting with other projects throughout the district and/or region as needed. Must be mobile in market.

  • Mentor OSSs and be go-to support in district for questions with patient processes and patient support. Train OSSs on new processes and workflows, and re-train OSSs as directed by the Clinic Director or District Director.

Salary

$17.50 - $24.58 per hour
