Qualifications

• Significant technical knowledge across hardware, software, networking, and security.
• Ability to image new computers and install software.
• Install local and network printers and other peripherals.
• Assist with migrating and protecting user data and profiles.
• Stay updated on current technologies to improve end-user environments.
• Communicate status and progress to customers and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT incidents and service desk tickets and prioritize resolutions.
• Lead or support client services initiatives and mentor teammates.
• Document processes and procedures for installs, transfers, and PC replacements.
• Collaborate with application development and network teams to identify and resolve issues.
