Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, and to support field service activities for client environments.

You will interact directly with clients to address technical issues, drive to client locations, and handle assignments that may require long-distance travel and occasional overnight stays. Knowledge of software/hardware and OEM certifications are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Real-time reporting of all calls as documented in policies.
• Follow policies and guidelines for successful service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned.
