Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact with clients, and support Desk Side applications and infrastructure. This role requires driving to client locations, handling equipment up to 50 lbs, and maintaining OEM certifications.

A technical school cert and 0–2 years of experience are typical requirements. The position emphasizes timely responses, adherence to service levels, and accurate reporting while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Answer client questions in a professional manner.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
• Follow established policies and documents for service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory with prompt parts turnaround.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand Safety policies and work within guidelines daily.
