Job summary

My3tech is seeking a Desktop Support Expert/Specialist for a 12-month engagement. The role requires hands-on hardware/software support, imaging, printer setup, data migration, and thorough documentation. Travel is required to client sites and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow and the ability to lead small projects under supervision, ensuring service levels and IT security standards are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in desktop support or IT field services.
• Experience imaging computers, installing software and peripherals.
• Proficient with data/profile migrations and documentation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Ability to lead small project tasks and coordinate with team.
• Travel willingness for on-site client support.

Responsibilities

• Install, image, and configure new workstations and software.
• Support local and network printers and peripherals.
• Migrate user data and profiles between systems.
• Document processes, procedures and standard operating guides.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and ticket updates.
• Collaborate with Client Services team on project tasks and handoffs.
