Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Deposit Operations Analyst who travels nationwide to support the implementation of software applications for financial institutions. You’ll guide clients through pre-installation, installation, training, and post-installation support, coordinating with the installation team and banking clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• Must be able to travel 40–50% for software implementations.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and train on Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consult with banks to design parameter sets and validate data conversions; train users.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion and implementations.
• Map customer processes to Jack Henry products and prepare training materials.
