The position is hybrid, with travel around 40-50% and a focus on delivering secure, reliable deposit operations software. You’ll work with banks to map processes and ensure successful implementations while maintaining client relationships.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years working in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• Travel of 40-50% for software implementations; travel expenses covered; expected about 1 trip per month lasting 6-9 days.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, design, and train on the Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and assist with data conversion validation.
• Train customers on Deposit Operations applications and provide post-installation support.
