Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Deposit Operations Analyst who travels nationwide to implement and support Deposit Operations software for our banking clients.

The role serves as liaison between bank clients and the software installation team, guiding customers from pre-installation to hands-on setup, training, and post-implementation support. We offer a hybrid work model with nationwide travel, requiring 40-50% travel and one 6-9 day trip per month.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of working in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• 40-50% travel for software implementations; travel expenses covered; ~1 trip per month lasting 6–9 days.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's degree is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, design, and training of the Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consult bank to design parameter set, assist with data conversion validation, training on Deposit Operations applications.
• Coordinate with analysts and programmers to analyze and audit transactions flowing through core systems.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementations.
• Map customer processes to Jack Henry products after analyzing existing systems.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
• Set up customer systems and ensure related business processes run on software.
• Provide software support and guidance from on-site or remote locations.
• Communicate customer needs to programmers and team members; maintain ongoing communication throughout projects.
• Identify customer issues and ensure resolution.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
