Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% for software implementations; travel expenses covered.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and train on the Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and validate data conversion.
• Coordinate with analysts and programmers to analyze transactions across core systems.
• Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, and implementations.
• Map customer processes to the Jack Henry product and prepare for installation.
• Provide training or post-installation support to customers.
• Set up systems and ensure business processes run on the software.
• Offer software guidance at customer sites or remotely.
• Communicate needs and expectations with the team and customers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout projects.
• Identify issues and ensure proper resolution; prepare training materials.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
