Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Deposit Operations Analyst to serve as a key liaison between bank clients and our software installation team.

The role requires travel across the United States, guiding clients through pre-installation planning, installation, training, and post-installation support. You will collaborate with banks to map their processes to Jack Henry solutions, prepare training materials, and ensure a smooth conversion and deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• Travel 40-50% for software implementations; ~1 trip per month, 6-9 days each.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, design, and training of the Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consult banking clients to design parameter sets and assist data conversion.
• Travel with conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementation.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
