Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Deposit Operations Analyst to act as a liaison between bank clients and software installation teams. This role involves extensive travel across the United States to support implementations, training, and post-installation support.

Hybrid position requiring proximity to one of several office locations within a 70-mile radius. The candidate will guide clients through pre-installation planning, hands-on installation, and post-go-live support, ensuring successful parameter

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years working in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
This role requires 40-50% travel for software implementations and expenses are covered by the company.
Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Implement, design, and train on the Deposit Operations Software Application.
Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and assist with data conversion validation.
Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementations.
Map customer processes to Jack Henry products and prepare customers for installation and post-installation support.
Communicate customer needs with programmers and team members; maintain ongoing client communication.
