Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• This position entails 40-50% travel for software implementations. All travel expenses are covered by the company. You can expect to take 1 trip per month, each lasting 6-9 days.
• The ability to work extended hours that include nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, design, and training of the Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consulting with banking clients to design parameter sets and assist with data conversion validation and training.
• Coordinate with analysts and programmers to audit transactions flowing through core systems.
• Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for software setup, training, conversion and implementations.
• Map customer processes to Jack Henry product through analysis and consultation.
• Prepare customers for installation and provide post-installation training or support.
