• Implement, design, and provide training for Jack Henry banking software applications.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and validate data conversions.
• Analyze customers' existing processes and map them to Jack Henry solutions.
• Prepare clients for installation and provide post-installation training and support.
• Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, and implementation.
• Communicate with analysts, programmers, and team members to audit transactions.
• Provide software support remotely and on-site as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout project lifecycles.
