Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a Deposit Operations Analyst to serve as the liaison between banking clients and software installation teams, traveling nationwide to support implementations.

You will guide clients through pre-installation planning, hands-on installation, training, and post-installation support, with heavy travel and strong client-facing requirements. A minimum of 5 years in deposit operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a financial institution with Back Office Deposit Operations.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% and take trips lasting 6–9 days each month.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and training of the Deposit Operations Software Application.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and assist with data conversion validation and training.
• Communicate with programmers and team members to analyze and audit transactions flowing through core systems.
• Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for setup, training, conversion, and implementations.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
