Job summary
Tenavi Staffing is seeking a hands-on Dental Software Implementation Consultant to support multi-site dental organizations during practice management system conversions and go-live events. This contract, assignment-based role requires travel nationwide and close collaboration with practice staff, operations, and IT teams.

Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-site Dental Service Organization.
- Hands-on with Denticon, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or CareStack.
- Experience supporting dental software implementations and go-live events.
- Strong understanding of dental operations and workflows.
- Ability to travel as required by client schedules.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support during implementations and go-live events.
- Support front-office, clinical, and revenue cycle workflows during transitions.
- Liaise between practice staff, operations, IT, and implementation teams.
- Support platforms such as Denticon, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or CareStack.
- Troubleshoot system, workflow, and adoption issues during go-live and stabilization.
- Validate migrated patient, insurance, scheduling, clinical, imaging, and financial data.
- Support scheduling, check-in/out, treatment planning, charge entry, and claims.
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to practice employees.
- Document issues, risks, defects, and status for leadership.
