Job summary
Tenavi Staffing is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead go-live execution and DSOs support across multi-site dental practices. Travel up to 80% to client sites with a hands-on, operational focus.
You will validate data migrations, support front office and clinical workflows, and drive user adoption during DPMS conversions. This role requires experience with Denticon, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or CareStack and strong communication with providers and office leaders.
Qualifications
- Hands-on go-live support experience in dental practice management
- Strong understanding of front office and clinical workflows
- Proven ability to drive user adoption and provide training
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between practice teams and IT/impl teams during go-live
- Support front office, clinical, and revenue cycle workflows during system transitions
- Troubleshoot real-time issues to stabilize operations at go-live
- Validate data migration for patients, insurance, scheduling, imaging, and docs
- Deliver hands-on training to drive user adoption and reduce disruption
- Document issues, risks, and operational challenges for leadership
