Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software training and onboarding to customers.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of software experience.
• Willingness to travel and conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, in-person and virtual software training sessions for dental practice staff.
• Train customers on key practice management workflows: scheduling, billing, patient communication, and documentation.
• Serve as onboarding contact, answering questions about functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to support onboarding.
• Coordinate data migration and system setup with implementation teams.
• Create and update training resources, user guides, and onboarding playbooks.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to training and documentation.
• Follow approved training materials and compliance requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams throughout training.
