Job summary

Ntiva seeks a Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and support IT infrastructure for dental practices and DSOs. You’ll work with Solution Architects and Project Managers to implement deployments, migrations, and post‑implementation support. Strong communication and hybrid work model are key to success.

Candidates should have 3–7 years in IT, dental project experience, and expertise in Windows, DNS, AD, and cloud solutions. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of directly related IT experience in dental/healthcare tech environments
• 2–4 years of Dental IT project experience with dental hardware familiarity
• Intermediate knowledge of Intune and Autopilot
• Expertise in Windows configurations and services
• Advanced knowledge of DNS, networking, cloud solutions, virtualization, and Active Directory

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy IT infrastructure for dental practices and DSOs
• Provide network administration for client support needs
• Collaborate with PMs and Solution Architects on projects
• Document migrations and infrastructure changes for steady-state support
• Design and build GPOs to enforce policies across organizations
