Job summary

Provalus is seeking a Traveling Software Trainer to deliver onboarding and training for dental practice management software across client sites in the United States. You will conduct in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring customers understand software functionality and adopt best practices.

When not traveling, you’ll provide remote training from a Provalus Service Delivery Center and support teams with documentation, workflow guidance, and LMS usage.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software training and onboarding.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, in-person and virtual software training sessions for dental practice staff.
• Train customers on practice management workflows (scheduling, billing, patient comms, etc.).
• Serve as onboarding point of contact and support configuration questions.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely onboarding.
• Coordinate data migration and system setup with implementation teams.
• Create and update training resources and user guides.
• Collect feedback and drive improvements to training quality.
• Maintain compliance with materials and procedures.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams throughout training lifecycle.
