Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Dental Implementation & Training Specialist (Contractor) to onboard and train dental teams on Dentrix Enterprise. This hands-on role requires strong dental background, focus on adoption, and go-live support with travel up to 75%.

Work with dentists, assistants, and coordinators to improve workflows and patient experiences during software implementations. The contractor will develop curricula, deliver role-based training, and partner with IT and vendor teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Must have dental office or DSO experience.
• Background in training or staff coaching preferred.
• Excellent communication across clinical and administrative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on, role-based training for dental teams on Dentrix Enterprise.
• Train teams on insurance workflows, case acceptance, and membership programs.
• Provide at-the-elbow support during go-live and post-implementation.
• Customize curricula for individual practice needs and team levels.
• Serve as dental subject matter expert for operational and workflow questions.
