Job summary

Provalus is seeking a Traveling Software Trainer to deliver onboarding and training for dental practice management software. The role involves live in-person and virtual training for customer staff, focusing on workflows, configuration, and best practices during onboarding. Travel to customer sites is required, with remote training from a Provalus U.S.

Service Delivery Center when not traveling. The position offers full-time hours, professional development, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

Experience delivering software training and onboarding for customer implementations.
Ability to teach complex software concepts to users with varying levels of technical skill.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
Strong verbal and written communication with professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Deliver live in-person and virtual training sessions for dental software.
Train on key workflows: scheduling, billing, insurance, patient communication, and documentation.
Support onboarding and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Develop and update training materials, guides, and self-paced learning resources.
Collect feedback and improve training content and processes.
