Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to assist customers in adopting our software, delivering training, and providing ongoing support throughout the conversion process.

You will travel approximately 80% of the time to installations, collaborating with dealership management to tailor the solution and train staff. When not on-site, you will support existing customers from your home office and prepare for future trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and limited moving violations.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 80% to customer sites to install and convert software.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Provide training and ongoing support during the conversion process.
