Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software and to provide training and support throughout the process.

You will travel approximately 80% of the time, meeting dealership management to tailor the system, train key personnel, and ensure successful implementation across sites. When not traveling, you will support customers from your home office and prepare for upcoming engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with limited violations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to install and convert software at dealerships.
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel.
• Support current customers from home office when not traveling.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
