Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to connect customers with our software and guide them through the conversion and training process. The role requires travel about 80% of the time to install and customize the system at dealerships and train personnel on effective usage.

When not traveling, you will support existing customers, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software for customers.
• Meet with dealership management to understand requirements and customize the system.
• Provide training to key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Support current customers when not traveling, and prepare for future trips from home office.
• Assist during training with observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor.
