Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software and provide training and support throughout the process. You will travel to dealership sites about 80% of the time, meeting with management to tailor the system and train staff on usage.

When not visiting customers, you will support current clients, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Reliable home internet with video conferencing capability.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites ~80% of the time to install and convert software.
• Provide training and customer support during the implementation process.
