The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Training Specialist to help customers convert to our software and to train dealership personnel. You will travel about 80% of the time, installing and configuring the system and presenting to dealership management to tailor the solution.

When not on the road, you will support current customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up on recently installed sites to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with limited violations in recent years.
• Reliable home internet for video conferencing.
