Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software platform. You will travel about 80% of the time, meeting dealership management to tailor the system and train key personnel on usage.

When off-site, you will support existing customers, prepare for trips, and conduct follow-ups from your home office. Training lasts 2–3 months with product and dealership operations instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with minimal violations in years.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in smoothly converting to Reynolds and Reynolds software.
• Travel to customer sites (approx. 80%) with team or solo.
• Customize system configurations based on dealership needs and train personnel.
• Support existing customers from home office when not on site.
• Prepare for trips and conduct follow-ups after installations.
